Set-up: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Pick up your badge at Registration: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Event Day - Wednesday, September 18, 2024
Exhibitor-Only Entrance Opens: 7:00am
Registration Opens: 8:00am (Coffee and breakfast items until 9:30am)
Exhibit Hall Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm | Lunch 11:30am - 2:00pm
Dinner with The Clarks: 5:00pm - 8:00pm

Our block is unfortunately filled up as of yesterday, 8/26. You can still reserve a room at the hotel using their regular online booking. The Landing Hotel (rguest.com)
If you have trouble getting a room there the Hyatt Place North Shore is a nice alternative.
If you had signed up for the East and West Expo you would have already received your invoice. Those that are ONLY participating in the Western event will receive their invoice in October unless requested sooner.

Each exhibitor will have access to a complimentary lead retrieval app. An email will be sent closer to the show date with information on how to get your lead retrieval app ready. This can be set-up for up to five users.
Time to plan your booth space and showcase your best products. Customers love hands on displays, games and interactive spaces.
If you need custom pieces for your area please see the exhibitor packet from Stetson Expo Services and all that they have to offer. (Stetson is the company we are using for booth setup and shipping)
The tradeshow is located in an area that is NOT carpeted. Schaedler Yesco will be providing carpeting for all the aisles but you are responsible for ordering carpet for your booth. This can be done through the Exhibitor Manual with Stetson Expo Services.

Shipping Your Booth Materials
Schaedler Yesco has contracted with Stetson Expo Services. They will be your main contact for ordering carpet, custom signage and most importantly delivering your booth materials.
Rivers Casino WILL NOT be accepting any deliveries with booth materials.
If your materials are being shipped they MUST be delivered to Stetson.
If you plan to bring in your materials yourself in a personal vehicle during setup we will schedule a time at the dock to do so.
