Customer attendance was up by 18% vs. 2022!
There is a clear drop off in attendance for all trainings in the later afternoon hours. We don’t believe the drop is due to subject value, rather customer fatigue over the course of the day.
Workshops are still new to Expo but have been doing very well. We consistently see large interest through our pre-registration numbers. Although we don’t have official numbers, visually we could see the attendance for these also drop off in the late afternoon hours. NOTE: the reason we don’t scan at Workshops is because of the high traffic flow and tight schedule to turn over the workshop space for the next session.
Workshops on Stage A were recorded. Those session videos will be available on the SYD website in the next two weeks.

Set-up: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Pick up lead scanners at ATS Counter: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Pick up your badge at Registration: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Event Day - Thursday, March 28, 2024
Exhibitor-Only Entrance Opens: 7:00am
Registration Opens: 7:00am (Coffee and breakfast items until 9:30am)
Exhibit Hall Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm | Lunch 11:30am - 2:00pm
All invoices will be sent out in March 2024 unless requested sooner. You can split payments between the 2023 and 2024 year.

Log in to your Expo Pass account on the mobile application

Click the hamburger menu icon in the upper left-hand corner.

Then select "Previous Events" to find Expo event.

Once logged in to the event, click on “Exhibitor Toolkit” in your menu

Click on the “View All Leads” button in the upper right hand corner

This page will show you in real time, all leads that have been scanned by your organization and who scanned each lead.

To email yourself a CSV list of the leads, click on the email and arrow icon in the upper right hand corner. You will be notified once they have been successfully sent.
Our sales reps have also received these leads – connect with them to make sure you are following up with interested customers.
